Full groom
Bath, dry, clip or scissor, nails, ears. The whole dog, start to finish, in one appointment — with the work shaped around what the coat actually is rather than what the breed book says it should be.

Tuesday to Saturday, by appointment. We book about two weeks ahead.
Book on WhatsAppEverything here is done in a single appointment, by one person, with your dog the only dog in the room. Pick the one that matches the coat — or send a photo and we will tell you which it needs.

A wash, a thorough de-shed and a tidy round the feet and face. For dogs whose length is fine but whose coat is heavy, dusty or dropping all over the house.
A short, gentle first visit so grooming is never scary. The clippers stay in the drawer unless the puppy is happy about them, and nothing is finished for the sake of finishing it.
For terriers and wire coats, done the traditional way: the dead jacket pulled out between finger and thumb, a section at a time, so the new coat comes through harsh and keeps its colour.
Size first, then coat. Here is what the work is for each kind of dog, and the figure a full groom starts at.

You get the price before you book, not after the groom. What it comes to depends on the size of the dog, the length and state of the coat, and how long it has been since the last groom. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you the figure for your dog, and how long it will take.
Not everything needs a whole appointment. Nail clipping on its own is a quick in-and-out, and a useful way for a worried dog to visit a grooming salon without anything much happening to it.
If you are between grooms and something is bothering the dog — a mat behind an ear, a sore pad, a coat full of grass seed — message us. We will tell you whether it needs us, the vet, or ten minutes with a comb at home.
WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us — we answer between dogs, and we can tell you the price and the length of the appointment from a photograph of the coat.
